基础课

The curriculum is developed base on the life cycle of leaders from leadership infancy to leadership after glow. At each stage of their leadership development process, we attempt to assist them in strengthening their existing gifting, realizing their potentiality, expanding and developing their capacity.

The transformational leadership development curriculum seeks to disciple leaders to attain a holistic leadership capability.

Three key distinctiveness of the course:

  1. Integrating the secular and the spiritual
  2. Integrating the practice and the theory
  3. Integrating the laity and the clergy

The whole duration of the training is 150 hours. Normally divided into 5 trainings (each training will be 4 days and 3 nights of 30 hours each) over a period of 2 consecutive years.

The training schedule can be tailored according to the needs of the participants.

The participants are required to complete a dissertation and reading of one leadership book.

 



课程的设立是基于领袖之领导生命过程,从初期领导(婴儿期,未发达阶段)至成熟阶段。在每个阶段的领导能力发展过程中,我们试图帮助他们加强天赋,实现他们的潜力,扩大和发展他们的能力。

这转化领导阶层的课程目的在于提升领袖们实现全面和整体的领导能力。

课程有三个关键特色:

  1. 结合世俗和属灵性的领导
  2. 结合实践和理论
  3. 结合代职和专职性的事奉


整个课程是由五个培训模块组成的。总课程时间为一百五十小时。课程时间是两年。每个培训模块包括四天三夜;二十课;每课一小时三十分的教导。另外,特别是为代职事奉的领导人,可以进行为期2年多,每两个月3晚, 每晚3个小时的课程。

(跟着教会的需要,培训时间可以特别安排)

课程将有助于经验的领导人和牧师,在通过互动的学习过程中,使学者可以积极参与讲习班和讨论。每位学者必须完成一项不少于三千字关于领导阶层的研究文章和读一本200阅的领导书本。
